Harmony Hill Animal Hospital is a locally owned, family-operated veterinary practice proudly serving the pets and people of Kearney, MO and the greater Northland. Founded in 2022 by Dr. Leslie Parsons and Aaron Barnes, who have called the Kearney area home since 2015, our clinic was built on a simple belief: every pet deserves consistent, medically appropriate care delivered with genuine compassion. As the only privately owned, AAHA-accredited clinic in the area, we hold ourselves to the highest national standards of veterinary care, and we pair that expertise with the warmth of a team that treats your pet like one of our own.
Our team is experienced, long-tenured, and genuinely passionate about what we do. We take a collaborative, team-based approach to every visit: our skilled technicians are hands-on in your pet’s care and in keeping you informed, so you always understand what we’re recommending and why. And because we believe great care doesn’t end at checkout, we follow up with every family the day after their visit to see how their pet is doing.
